Optispark 1993
Hello all. Finally doing the optispark and water pump. Everything is disassembled. Vent kit is here and water pump. The problem is getting a new ac delco opti. Had three come in so far all claiming to be new but they are actually rebuilt (cardoon, I believe). With a price tag of almost $600. Can I please get a couple of suggestions as to an aftermarket that is worth putting in the car. Or if new ac delco is available. Even the dealers say they use rebuilt.

Looks like we found a place in Philly that has rebuilds with lifetime warranty. Claims he has very little problems with them. Under 3 bills shipped to CT. My mechanic has gotten stuff from him before and had no problems. We'll see. Was hoping for an old new stock and didn't mind spending the extra dinero. I will write up when job is finished...
