UPDATE: A member of the forum was kind enough to test my MAF's and my original MAF was bad the one I purchased was not calibrated correctly for my 88. I returned it to the
seller and received my money back. I am awaiting a correct MAF next week which should resolve Code 33.
can't wait to hear the solution to your problem... I have an 89 corvette and I too have had issues.. I have learned to read and read till you are ready to spend on parts.. And PATIENCE...

No problem. I will post something first thing after the correct MAF gets here. Since I already purchased the TPS, I just replaced it anyway. The print outs that Hooked on Vettes sent me shows the comparison of his 89 MAF and the MAF's that I sent him and it clears shows why I was getting Code 33 neither MAF was calibrated correctly.

Solution was MAF I picked up a Bosch Standard reman for $59 on Ebay. Received it today and installed it "NO CODES" The MAF's I previously purchased were not calibrated properly so I got my money back from the company and bought this one.
