Window out of Alignment
I am a college kid that lent my mom my 1995 coupe this last week so she could take it to get my new tires put on while I was in class. I get my car back and the driver's window is out of alignment bad enough that the back part is scraping the paint on the pillar. I'm pretty frustrated seeing as how this is my baby and my mom might have just been a little careless. When rolled all the way up, the front of the window is raised a little higher than the back, causing this angle that scrapes my paint. Does anyone know how to adjust/fix this?
On my '88 there are three bolts holding window to track. Sounds like you need to adjust these for proper operation.
Before loosening use a pen to outline the washer positions on the track. This will give an adjustment reference to fall back on if it gets too frustrating.
When replacing the outer sweeps on my '88 I had to drop the glass down and it was a tad frustrating to get the window adjustment just right.

Good luck.

Sounds like she held on to the rear of the glass as she was trying to get out.
Demand that she cooks lasagne for you or sets you up with one of her hot friends in return.
Check the bolts holding the glass to the regulator, also make sure the bolts holding the window regulator to the door have not fallen out.
You can adjust the side window height limit and how high / how far the top of the window tilt's in to the car.
There is a guide bracket that limits the window up movement and the tilt of the glass, see the shop manual with the bracket in question.
Note a small amount of movement makes a big difference.
Some side window regulators get sloppy with age or a bolt comes of and the window may go up unevenly like you are describing.

Thank you everyone! I wasn't trying to put the blame on my mom...just curious as to if something she did would have caused it or it just coincidentally happened at the time she had my vette. I have been extremely busy with work the last two weeks, but I will be investigating this and looking into everyone's suggestions soon and let you know what the turnout is!
You window stop guide is toast and needs to be replaced...this is why the back of the window is scraping into the paint! It's an easy job to do. It's has nothing to do with window adjustment, replace the stop guide and you're window problem will be solved...this is a fairly common problem as those plastic stop guides break up pretty easy over time.

Just fixed the same problem on my 94. Turns out this is fairly common C4 issue. In my case the bolt retaining the plastic stop guide came loose and eventually fell out. Here are a good set of instructions for making the repair.

Take a few photos with you camera phone as you remove the door panel, inner sheet metal frame and wiring to refer back to during reassembly.
