leaky injectors !!
i was wandering if any one else has had leaky injectors!! I m trying to find out if this is making my car act funny
1. does it decrease hp ?
2. does it affect idle ?
i know mine are leaky because when i open the gas cap now i have no pressure at all, before i had to turn it slowly with all the pressure.

Leaky injectors would cause you to run rich. It would also take longer to start the car when warm (like having a flooded carburator). Take them out and send them to Rich at www.cruzinperformance.com and for $11 each they will be like new.

I wouldn't pull those injectors just yet. Leaking injectors will make it run rich.........puff black smoke ......... have poor performance .......
the pressure in the tank was a problem before ............it's not supposed to be like that........... you may have had a problem with canister purge or a plugged line to the canister or maybe a return line problem ..............
If you still suspect the injectors as leaking see how much fuel pressure you have when you kill the engine........ then see how long it holds the pressure..............
if it loses pressure it could STILL be something else ........ like a bad fuel pump or a leaky fuel pressure regulator ............. :yesnod:
