I sent back my chip to pcm4less and Alvin suggested that i try heated o2 sensor! I have shorty headers and two single wire o2 sensors before cats is this going to tell the computer anything different? I guess they can't take anymore fuel out any suggestions?

A heated o2 sensor will prevent the car from going in and out of closed loop at idle. But, I THINK this only applies to long tube headers. You don't want to go in and out of closed loop, you want it to stay in closed loop when the computer wants it to be. If you don't need the sensor, then changing it to a heated will do nothing.
The main thing is that it will stay in closed loop at idle once the ECM timers have elapsed, so the ECM can use the O2 output during this time for the fuel trims.
Dropping into open loop at idle forces the computer to calculate fuel needs based (if i recall correctly) on CTS and TPS voltages, probably something else too that I forget.
Basically you run rich when it drops into open loop and Alvin is wanting you to prevent that.
