Failed emissions
I just failed to pass my sniffer test, im not really surprised I expected to be a little of but the amount really took me by surprise.
The car is a 93 with LT4 hotcam, Vortech supercharger and I run E85.
at idle i was able to produce 800HC
I have a tune from a guy online whos made 3 revisions so far and the car runs and drives pretty good, theres still some stuff to iron out but now im pretty worried about getting a inspection.
It has the factory cats, but even if the cars are bad isnt 800HC really high at idle? I figured since its running E85 it could be close to passing without cats all together!
He said I cannot go over 200 and he still has to rev the car so im pretty much screwed, Anyone have any suggestions or opinions on what I should do next?

Start putting in Diodes inline on the 02 sensor's and trick it into leaning the crap out of it to lower your HC's
