Can tuning using Moates and software correct...

1. Anolog Gauges that read inaccurately like fuel, and cooling both water and oil?

2. Lower numbers that are to high for fuel economy avg?

3. Outside temp reading?

No, for questions 1 and 3. Not sure what you are asking in question 2.

Changing the readout for average mpg, but if you can't change how full the tank is than you probably can't change the results for mpg. Thanks.

One and three no, number two can be adjusted in the tune.

Is there a way to adjust the outside temp readout? I replaced the outside temp pickup sensor a few years ago, but it made no difference on the readout. When it is 70 outside the readout is around 114 degree's. I have gotten use to just subtracting 44 from whatever the readout is. Just annoying at times.

There's a table in the constants in the MAF cars named Display Injector Flow Rate that is set to 3.81. If you change injectors and flowrate you simply divide by 5.85 and reset this table to correct its display reading. IE: if you swapped to 30 lb injectors you would take 30 / 5.85 = 5.13 and the gauge will now read correctly.
