PCV valve hose?

PCV valve hose?
I have a 93' base model and the PCV valve on the passengers side of the engine on the manifold has a horse shoe shaped hose that goes back into the manifold. My question is can I make this hose out of regular hose? How do I keep it from kinking? Having trouble finding this exact part. Thanks.

On my 93, the PVC valve is on the Drivers side. As far as the hose on the Passenger side, mines is just a vent into the valve cover....Try Rock Auto for this hose if you need it....or any hose can be used if you don't kink it...

I was away this week end. I got it at Ecklers part# 51806 cost 11$ I could have sworn it was rockauto but... I tried to bend/form a hose but didnt have any luck also i replaced pvc got that from local advance store.
