Forced Air Induction makes it. MidAmerica, Ecklers and others sell it. It takes a little work and a deep hole saw to cut through the front bumper reinforcement, but the instructions are good.

The hp gains are mostly due to cooler air being delivered to the engine. Rule of thumb is 1 hp per 10 degree F drop in temperature. If the underhood temp is 150 F and the day is 70 F, then you could expect to see 8 hp in traffic. When you are moving, the air temp under the hood drops some. RamAir is not significant below 50mph and doesn't get good until 100mph.

Still, cold air is good.
