So searched and read comments on the cc503 and pretty much a lots of people lime it who have it. Do i need to do anything to use this cam or can i basicaly put it in with my 1.6 roller rockers and beehive springs.
If you are going to pull the motor then spend the additional money and stroke it. At least think about it. Weigh the BENEFITS and the cost. At the very minimum an additional 50 horsepower to your car. All the other things you are doing it will cap it off and you will have a real beast ! 400HP to the rear wheels.

Thanks for the input... I have thought about it and i still have some time to decide. Ive just started pulling it and i have all winter before i put it back on the road. I do want it to be very streetable and ive never owned a 383 so im not well informed on there road manners
My buddy had a 600rwhp 1996 C4 and it was very mello until you stepped in the gas pedal. Then it unleashed massive power immediately. In other words the car will be a kitty cat until you release the tiger !
What kind of mods would have to acompany a stromer kit? Other then a tune, could i pretty much keep everything else stock? Or is there an optimum cam that would work well with a stroker. Ive had 800hp camaros and im just not looming for a pavement rumbler... Just a nice fun street car. Ease offer some insight guys
If you enlarged the engine you would only need to worry about changes for the camshaft you're adding (springs, etc.), it wouldn't require anything else than what you have planned above.
Hotcam or CC503 will work just fine with the stroked engine, you could actually go a touch bigger than that and keep just fine street manners.
