Default Harmonic Balancer

Is it supposed to run true? Mine wobbles just a little bit. Rubber looks a bit cracked as well is this normal?

It should run true.

A wobble with cracked rubber could be a sign that it needs (or will soon) replacement.

If it's like the L98 HB, the outside part will be sliding back into the timing cover, and the timing mark will be moving back. Mine was adding an extra 13 degrees base timing when I finally replaced it.
