With the ECM pulled in or unplugged, the pink/black injector wires are showing 8 ohms at every injector, and this with the battery connected or disconnected completely.
With the battery connected, ECM disconnected anf the Key ON, fuel pressure zero - the pump never comes on.
O.K. Did you check the resistance to ground, on the blue and green wires, w/the ECM disconnect? I didn't see that done.
W/the ECM disconnected, you can get the fuel pump to run by installing a jumper wired in place of the fuel pump relay. Or you could charge the line w/the injector fuse pulled, then disconnect the ECM, install the injector fuses and watch your gauge...

Yes, neither the blue nor green injector ground wires were shorted to ground with the ECM installed or removed.

I will try the 2nd way as I'm not sure where the fuel relay is.
Ok, I ran the fuel pressure up with the ECM installed, injector fuses pulled, key ON
- turned the key OFF
- disconnected the battery (very important to do this before you remove the ECM)
- removed the ECM
- reconnected the battery-
- connected a fuel injector connector on each bank
- installed the injector fuses
- turned the key to ON
The fuel pressure did not drop ie: the injectors did not get erroneous power to them from another source.
10-4. I think I would too. At this point, it seems you have done a solid job of proving that the ECM is at fault.
*A test of the harness seems to show that the harness is good
*A test of the fuel pressure drop seems to prove that only the ECM is causing your pressure drop (injectors to open).
