heads leaking coolant

heads leaking coolant
just refreshed the 96 engine due to it burning oil on startup, Decided to use head studs and put it all back together and back in the car. Now my problem is I have a little trail of coolant from the exterior studs. I guess I didn't thread seal them properly. So the question is, do I have to fully remove both heads to fix the problem? (your guess is as good as mine to the inners of the head), how much work am I looking at..

You need thread sealer on the threads where they go into the block because they go into the water passages. You will need to drain the coolant and pull out the studs one by one and seal the threads. I use Aviation Permatex on mine.
