You could undoubtedly substitute M8 bolts and an M10 bolt where needed I'd think in some fashion.

Do you want hardware to hold the rubber cushion/bracket to chassis or the bracket that is attached directly to the rear of the muffler? The stud is originally part of the muffler assembly and used a single flanged nut on each side, that nut is a M10 X 1.5 flanged head. To the chassis there's a stud plate and then two nuts each side that secure the cushion/bracket to the chassis. The nuts to the stud plate are M8 X 1.25. Here's an image that displays what I mentioned but the nuts aren't part #'d in the image:
