Take a look on Ebay.. There are some great deals on the old Compaq LTE 3500 laptop.. it is a Pentium 133, with a 12" screen.. works great for getting data, and editing bin files, etc.. I got mine off ebay for ~ $100. and it works great (even came with a great working battery and charger). Not sure about where to get LT1 edit though.

Make sure you get one with a battery that has some charge - since a new battery goes for 70-100 bucks at the price point of older laptops (100-200 bucks) it can make or break the deal. Right now I would suggest looking for something around 200mhz - it's a bit more than LT1 Edit needs, but will allow you to get full update frequency with the scan tool.
