Default headlight problem

I just recently bought an 85 corvette the headlight motor looks like it requires vacuum lines to make them flip. Does anyone know where these are supposed to come from I'm not sure if it is supposed to have a special place for it to hook up to or not
Thanks

Ok so I figured that part out it was lines for washer fluid. So my headlights won't go up but I can move them up manually but when I shut the lights off they go back down

Those barb fittings on the headlight motors are NOT for washer fluid!!! They are drains, they
let condensation out. DON'T pipe them to the washers!

See this thread:

Your problem might be in the headlight motor controller/relays. Different years used different methods and I'm not sure how it was done in 1985.

This is the drawing for my 84, 84-87 s/b similar. If you disconnect the motor connector and operate the headlight switch, you should get 12v between the dark green and white wires.
