Default Looking for more clutch...

Im looking for a twin disk setup for my 92 that can handle some power. From what I understand Mcleod makes a twin disk but I cant seem to find anything on their site for our C4s.

Ram makes a twin disk that converts it over to a "push vs pull" setup that can handle around 900 ft lbs of torque.

What are your guy's opinions?

here is the link to the RAM setup.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what gives with McLeod. I looked also with no results. I believe this is what you are looking for.
Street twins:
63023-1A-07 Aluminum Flywheel
64022-1A-07 Steel. This is the one I have.

Thanks!

I think I have decided to go with the ram conversion twin disk. Seems like the best option and I know RAM is still servicing them!

I'm at 650 tq and hp at the flywheel on my C3, and I run a McCloud twin disk.... it is amazing, and no problems at all with slip... unless i want it to:-)

Also, the McCloud twin disk is not only lighter as it is all aluminum, it is also about 2" smaller in diameter. This makes for a much lighter drive train... i love it... hope you can find one for the C4... call them!

I use the McLeod twin disk for my supercharged C4 Lt1. Trust me the best clutch you can order. Made for 800 Hp and very easy to engage. My neighbor with a 2002 Trans Am supercharged went through a Ram and centerforce then Mcleod clutch. He recommended the McLeod. http://emracingcorp.com/scripts/prod...?idproduct=449

There is the link to order it. Exotic muscle.
