HELP!!! I reprogram ecm now got warning!!!!!!!

Default HELP!!! I reprogram ecm now got warning!!!!!!!
I used the hypertech last night and all seem to work well
started car this morning got check engine light ......... looking back on what I might have done wrong only thing thar concerns me is for got to tighten back bleeded valve on thermostat lost alittle antifreeze on motor
I don't believe on opti-spake....... help!!!!!!!!
