Default Roaming Idle

My car roams for idle when I first start it up. It will roam between normal and a little higher and then back down. I've adjust the idle and TPS, cleaned the TB, have new K&N, plugs, wires, rotor and cap. Is this a bad IAC?

I was going to when I had the TB off but I could not get the IAC out.

You will either have to use a large end wrench or vice grips to unscrew it. It's not in there real tight. Clean the carbon off of the tip and out of the TP then remeasure the distance from where the gasket fits against the IAC to the tip. Mine would "hunt" for idle until I cleaned the IAC. Runs fine now.

If there are any doubts about the IAC, replace it. Autozone has the best price that I have found around $40... Whatever you do, do not play with the IAC when you have it out, just clean it. They break real easy...
