87 c4 tune questions

87 c4 tune questions
Let me start with. Sorry I'm a newbie..
So much like the newer cars ever time I change/modify my 87 I have to tune it. Are there ppl here that do tunes over the net. I use to tune my 08 gxp ls4 over the net worth a fella on lsx fourm can you do the same with these ..I read the sticky and I understand there is a chip in the car to remove and program. So I'm just looking for general answers.
Once again sorry guys and gals I'm new to this.

Well it was kinda a general question.. my plans for in the near future are something along the lines of bigger tb. Port and polish heads and intake and cam . Probably a good ignition setup.. right now its just stock with exhaust. My 2011 Chevy truck needed to get tuned just because I added cold air and exhaust. .
