why does engine race?
I changed the air intake tubes on my L98....everything is back...started the motor and it races wide open. Throttle butterflies are closed and linkage is closed. Any help out there? Throttle cable slides fine when peddle is pushed. :cry

I checked the vacuum lines. All seem to be connected. Voltage at the TPS terminal is .034 volts. I think that is low but I can't find any adjustment for that. Any further advice is welcomed. This is my first mechanical try under the hood of this corvette. It's been a tough one for me.

I had a car guy check this out and all is connected. I haven't a clue how to proceed. Do I have to completely tear this down and start over?
