Kevin, The tool number you have is a Kent-Moore tool. They supply all general motors tools that are listed in the service manuals. I have that tool, it works great. The only down side is it is about 90 bucks for the tool. Kent-Moore has a web site if you want to check thm out.

another option is the studpuller by SRT Manufacturing. It is pricey for auto mechanics but it works in seconds on almost all frozen studs. This stud remover uses an internal cam so that as it rotates, it tightens down on the stud. Check out www.studpuller.com to see pics.
