Re: super ram bolt torques (corvette0096)
Any chance you could send that out one more time? :) I hope to finish my install today but am working without the instructions (can't find em :bb). If you could send them it would be appreciated.
IF everyone keeps this up I'm going to have to get a Super Ram too. I was leaning toward a Mini- Ram since its easier, but the harder things in life are usually more fun. Is the Super-Ram that much harder to install than the stock L-98 plenum and runners?

If you have the right tools its not that bad.. And there are some tricks to it that will make it easier. I see you have Ricks name in you sig he can help you out big time.. :yesnod:

Re: (scorp508)
I think I should have bought my SR second hand.
Then someone else would have spent hours making the runner screw holes line up with the threads in the box... instead of me wasting hours doing it myself. :mad
Round two tomorrow after work - if I don't finish tomorrow night I have to can a day at the track and watch instead. :( Last time I start a job like this three days before I need the car for something. (we need a "I'm stupid" smiley)
OK that takes care of the manifold-to-heads and if i use the shop manual for the runner-to-base, that still leaves the runner to airbox and the top cover of the airbox....
