What is your budget?
The first thing I did to mine was long tube headers.Followed by 4.10 gears.Then I did a cam and the motor went south in a hurry(not the cams fault the thrust bearing on the crank was shot and I didn't realize it at the time).Then it became 383 with cam/afr heads/EWP/msd ignition/dyno tune.
If I had it to do over I would go with long tube headers/maybe a hotcam/and a tune.May not be 100hp but look up JONECAP and what his was running with not much more.
It all comes back to what your budget is.
