I went from Goodyear to these.
A little more noise at 65+, but nothing major.
Love them

I have been very happy with the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500's on my 90 coupe. Very good tire in the rain with good wear qualities. I think tire rack has them for about $130/ea

Pro,
I recently installed BFG Gforce sports on my '90. Great tires, quiet and sticky. Way better than the original Goodyears even when they were new.

A wise old street racer once told me " Dave always buy the best tire..you can afford" I could afford the Kumhos for my 93 and im happy with them.

Was just at my tire place today pricing tires. I currently have Kumhos and need front tires. They don’t make the rear tires (won't be able to match the rears in the future) in the tread I currently have so I have to go to a different tire and tread design and get 4 tires even though my rears are not too bad. I was looking at new Kumhos and Nitto tires.
But I think I am leaning toward the Nitto. Just under $750 for either selection.
