Default Need help with ECM codes.

I have 2 trouble codes showing up.

1) Code 32 - EGR, probably the EGR sensor again, and this will be my 3rd. Been there, done that.

2) Code 36 - something to do with the MAF relays. Never had this one before. I should check connections first, but if it's still there, then what? Replace the burn off relay? What else?

Thanks in advance for any help! :)

I have an '85, and my code 36 is an ignition system circuit error or transaxle shift problem if equipped with the 4T60E transaxle. I think codes 33 and 34 deal with MAF misreadings/malfunctions. If you have an '86-'89 your burnoff and power relays are located on the firewall behind the battery. You may want to change both. :seeya

I have an intermitten 36 right now. You need two relays, about $8 each.

Thanks for the help guys. ;)

I got the ECM code info here - http://www.c4vettes.com/ecm.htm

What do these relays do? What will happen once they are replaced? Should I replace them now, or can I wait?

Thanks again!
