Put them on my 94 6 or so years ago and the headers went on perfect. I did have a problem with the pipes that were from Random at the time. Melrose was good to work with on the issue and they even sent another header to make sure it was the pipe and not the headers. Was a simple tweak of the pipe on a pipe bender an all went together perfect after that.

Are the headers stainless? If not have you had an issues with rust?

Thanks.

Will these fit with a Canton Pan? If you're running the stock oil pan, how close do the tubes/collector come to it?

I ran Melrose S/S headers for years with no rust problems and they were also an easy and direct install. 95 C4 with an LT4.
PS - I recommend the Percy gaskets, never a leak.
