You have to remove the ASR outer and inner cover. This will expose the ASR silver disks. There is a 1/8" hole in the top of all the disks. You need to insert a quality (cheap ones break) 1/8" drill bit into this hole. This will cause all the ASR disks to spin at one time. Then release the cables, there are two cables to release (I think, maybe three). Keep the one cable with the lever released until you are done. Then open the throttle all the way (have someone press the gas all the way down). Or, you can use a rachet to turn the disks until the throttle valve cable is tight. Once you have adjusted the cable then lock the lever on the one cable and test drive. It may take a few adjustments to get it right.
