Motor just cuts off!! Help

Default Motor just cuts off!! Help
Ok I got you attention, I can start and warm up the car, I can drive it until I come to a stop then it will idle fine and just before or just as the light changes it dies. I place it in park and it starts right up, HELP I am stumped

This could be many components.
First check your fuel pressure. You will need a FP gauge.
Possible weak fuel pump or bad strainer\filter.
you could have a ignition module failing. Any codes?

No codes, it just shuts off.

..... Check the timing ... do the minimum idle adjustment and reset the TPS ... how old is the oxygen sensor ? .......

1989 ,,, Not sure but stock plugs do not fit and it seems to loose traction very easy. This is my first corvette, I had to ease on the gas from stop lights or the tires break loose.
