Default Need Help Reading Sensor Values

I have no idea what is normal and what is not or what I should be seeing for certain problems. I have a 96 CE LT4 with 120065. These are the ones I am picking up with my scanner. Anyone care to explain them to me or send me a link or files on this?

Your scan was ignition accessory only. Not running. After shutting the car off.
MIL Staus = malfunction lamp = off = no codes
TPS = throttle= 0
RPM = 0
Load = TPS \Map\Maf =0
MAF = mass air flow = 0
MAP = manifold pressure = 30.1 Hg = natural OR low pressure
Coolant = 171 Deg
IAT intake air temp = 151 Deg
IGN Adv = timing = 0 deg Adv
2nd Air = outside temp
ST FTRM = short term fuel trim = AFR adjustment
LT FTRM = Long term fuel trim = AFR adjustment
Veh Spd = 0 MPH
Fuel System = open loop
O2 = lean below .50 very lean
Fuel Trm = fuel trim = 0 TPS \ load

I know my car want running lol I wasn't really wanting an explanation of the figures shown. I was looking for what the sensor ranges are and what they mean for the sensors shown. I used these just to show what sensors I can see

The description i provided. is a short version of what the sensors do. The ranges for most of these sensors. You selected. Have a wide range example TPS 0 - 100% - timing 0 - 40+ deg, mass air flow 0 - 430 i'm sure you know.
Fuel System open OR closed, MIL= On OR Off, O2 Volts .90 = rich .10 = Lean
Most of the basics you displayed are self explanatory.

Would the sensor value ranges be in the fsm? If not then where do you find them?
