Well, This is interesting.
My horn quit working. After some checking I realized my steering column is no longer grounded. If I run a jumper from the batt to the center opf the steering column it works.

The PO had tapped into the Horn ground to add an alarm. I took that out like 8 years ago. The T tap he put in there must have cut through it over time or I tugged on it hard enough that it broke where it was tapped into.
