Default Dyno Prices

I am thinking about getting Dyno results for my 85 for a baseline before installing my heads, intake, runners, plenum and cam.

A shop near me is quoting $100 for 3 pulls is this a good rate? Never had it done before.

Thanks

That's a great price. You should get the AFR printout with it too. Should cost a little more but it's worth having.

Last I knew it was $70 for 3 pulls by me. I always think I should get some numbers on my cars, but I never do.

Fair price for 3 pulls. I think my last set before the engine tune was $70 for 3.

Get your printout, and if they will pull the AFR out then be sure to get that printout as well. You could find issues you don't know about from the plots.

Maybe we have more competition here in Southern California, but I can get two pulls with horsepower and torque printout from Superior Automotive for $40. They have open dyno days every Saturday.

I have seen a $60 quote from West Coast Corvette but I don't remember how many pulls that was for.
