Default Code 28 on my 94

I have a code 28 coming up when i did a diagnostic on my car. It comes up as quad driver module number 3. Does anybody know what that is exactly? And my transmission isn't shifting right. Are the two problems connected?

A quad driver turns on relays and solenoids. Usually you get a quad driver fault when something is shorted to ground.

You need to find out which relays and solenoids are associated with that quad driver and investigate.

Don't know if this makes any sense:

Air conditioning Clutch relay and/or cooling fan relays. Check with digital Ohm meter, replace if less than 18 Ohms. If relays OK, potential ECM failure.

Just found out that it's the transmission pressure switch assembly. Thanks for the comments
