Default Won't crank
My 91 with an L98 started fine a while ago but I shut it off and it would not crank. Everything worked except the starter. After it sat for about 20 min. it started fine. Could the problem be in the security system?

My 94 did that and got worse tryed my other key never did it again had a new key made

I tried both keys. It happened once before a couple years ago.

Clean the chips off good and get some caned air computer cleaner for the ing also you have to let it reset before useing the other key

Another common problem is a failing starter inhibit relay.

Thanks guys. Found the relay and replaced it. Also cleaned the key.
