I'm not sure that could happen, but then again I thought that I've seen the last of the clintons....
Anyway think about what it takes to start the car normally. Everything is controlled by the ignition switch. If its a std trans the clutch needs to be in and the the trans in reverse to get the key out. I don't know about the automatics. Critters under the dash? How long have you had the car. Have you accounted for all the garden gnomes in the area? It is Wyoming maybe the antelope are roaming?
