Well I've had this huge paperweight sitting on my dining room table for a few weeks now and so I decided to install the system. I got the OBX system off amazon for a little over $400 with free shipping. ( Pretty good considering most other placed were listed for the same price with $100 shipping) Anyways I removed my Magnaflow catback for this system as the drone drove me mad! Anyways I couldn't be happier with my new system! The drone is almost completely gone (barely noticeable now). The fitment was pretty good for such a cheap system and the build quality was exactly as I expected... Good! (I have their longtubes as well, haha) Considering I have longtubes I had to modify the piping a little bit and adapt a few pieces but overall it came out pretty good. I'm pretty happy with the fitment but if I'm bored someday I will probably tweak the passenger side up maybe half an inch as it sits slightly lower than the driver side tips. The muffler sound is a little different and the change from an X-pipe I had with the magnaflow to an H-pipe I got with the OBX. It's more "burbley" not sure if that's even a word... Anyways I'm happy, So if your on the fence DO IT! Its a quality system and looks pretty darn good if you ask me!

Also I just noticed the picture from the back makes the tips look tilted and not even with the bumper, but I assure you they are.

I just noticed today that there still is some drone but not anywhere near as bad as it was. I noticed the drone because I was taking a GoPro video and wanted my radio off the whole time. I'll post a link once I upload the gopro video. I have to cut it down because its almost an hour long, haha

 

I also have the OBX headers & H pipe back. Overall a great value.

Well I finally made the gopro video so here you go. This is the OBX longtubes and OBX cat-back. The video is't just exhaust clips but a driving video. I do have a rear bumper mount view and I think the car sounds great.

You are correct! I had to look it up as I'm not originally from this area and have never been there but me and the wife drive past that restaurant every saturday when we take a drive. Oh I see in your info you are from poughkeepsie, very nice. I'm through poughkeepsie all the time. (I drive a lot for my job)

 

You picked a great area to go through for a cruise. The gopro doesnt do any justice to the cliffs though. Maybe we can get a cruise in sometime, after mines back together.

 

Sounds likea plan. Its always fun going for a drive. I live just outside of Gardiner. Yea I also have a problem but it only needs a new half shaft and new ujoints, no big deal.
