Is the only way to get faster idle to change the idle rpm settings in the chip?
I have no vacuum leaks and I have replaced almost all sensors and made proper adjustments and settings, but car just idles to low after warmed up
Other than that, it runs great

No matter what you do mechanically it will always try to idle at the programmed idle rpm.
You could disconnect the IAC and adjust the throttle stop, but the check engine light will come on and it may or may not stall when putting it in gear, running the a/c, etc.
That's what I though also. I have new chip with faster idle setting I will install today. Just for my own knowledge, if you have vacuum leak, won't that cause a faster idle and not a slower idle
