Had to charge up my A/C today which is not that big of a deal by itself. My problem is the both of the service valves are leaking a bit. Do I have to replace the hard lines or is there a way to just put new valves in it?
You just need to replace the shrader valve this can be done with the right tool without looseing freon.
I've installed three of these kits on different cars and they all come with shrader valves shown but none of the applications needed them, or even used that type of shrader valve.

Ok, heres a service valve for a ford and the shrader tool.
Explain to the forum how you remove a rubber ball and replace it with a shrader valve core without loosing refrigerant.
And since he has a '94 it should be 134a from the factory. Post a pic of YOUR shrader valve tool that removes those.
Ok his is not a ford it is a 94 corvette just like mine. I am puter stupid and would have to wait for my daughter to get the pic posted for me. But if you do a search I am sure you can find the tool and post a pic. I showed you a new trick.

Once again! Next time listen you will learn alot more if you do.
I don't know what I'd have learned. The parts I pictured to the OP come off and new ones back on without the loss of refrigerant AND without special tools.
NOW HOPEFULLY the small schraeder valves are still under those UNLIKE the FORD I worked one where they were taken out/left out/they just don't come from ford with them, and when the service ports are removed the refrigerant blows out everywhere.

(happened to a buddy of mine NOT ME )
If you are talking about a 92 then it was r12 and someone could have put the r34 valves over the originals but I was trying to help him with his 94. My tool will take any shrader valve out with out looseing pressure car or home a/c to your tires.

Talking about a '95.
The parts pictured above are factory replacement service ports for GM vehicles factory equipped with 134a.
FWIW I've seen vehicles, same exact year, same everything except the manufacturing date. I've seen '94s made in 10/93 with r12, and '94's made in 2/94 with 134a. It was mandatory to NOT use r12 after 12/31/93.

94 on up is 134 if he pulls that out he will spray all his freon out? He just need to change the little inside valve.
