Injector Questions
Hey Everyone!
I just took apart my intake to replace the lower intake with a ported one. As I was reassembling it, I decided to check everything while I had it apart.
My TPI was running very rough until it warmed up. I had seen somewhere that it may be a bad injector(s).
I ohm'd all 8, and got readings from 6.5-8.5- From what I have read, this is too low.
The way I did it was reading the resistance between the 2 pins where the plug goes. Did I do it correctly? I have never checked an injector before, so I could be totally wrong.
The engine in question is a 350 out of an '86 Vette. They're stock, so I was thinking of replacing them anyway.
If I do need new ones, do you have any suggestions as to what to buy, and where to get them from?
