My diff from zip is on it's way!!!
Wes just emailed me. 3.54's are on the way!!! Just talked to the mechanic and he'll be able to put them in the day they get here!
I've got a Trans Go kit waiting too.. I was hoping to find a used Hypertech Programmer before next week.. I'll need to reprogram for the jump in gearing (2.59 to 3.54)
My day has just been made!
:)

Did you have to order the thick gear for your carrier?

Re: My diff from zip is on it's way!!! (EDMGUY)
Nope, I ordered the whole third member from Zip. Justin and Wes are the professionals, I let them worry about what I needed. The cost of Ring, Pinion, New bearings, clutch pack, side yokes and shipping came to $786.
Now I hand it to my mechanic, pay him 150 to install it and I'm all set.. No pinion depth or setup to worry about.

I just changed mine to from 2:59 to 3:55's
To correct the speedometer, just change the tire size to 25 inches

You are going to love it!! And believe me, the $150.00 you are getting it installed for is a great deal. I did my own, and its a lot of work IMO.
