Not sure what it stands for, but it is one of GM's crate motors.
Quite a few of the C3 guys have them. Great engine in my opinion.

It is one of GM's performance crate motors. With a 750 cfm carburator it makes 355hp and 405 ftlbs of torque. Right now without any reprograming and with items in my signature I'm making 330 hp haven't figured out real torque.
