My formula is simple: A drop in fuel pump with a new MAF and an extended range tune from Blowerworks for use with your stock 165 ecm. All your fuel and spark needs in one box.
Wouldn't hurt to add a WBO2 for monitoring purposes, but this is not a necessity.
Update: I saw some photos of your installation with the Vortech f-body elbow and Procharger. Do you know if the car has been converted to S/D (speed density) with a later year ecm? Can you identify the ECM and/or map sensor if applicable? If it still has the 165 ecm, we could always install a slot style maf into the Vortech elbow.
