Those rotors are massive.
How long would you estimate it took from start to finish for this job?
What pads you gonna use? The original rotors were the J55 HD 13's? Those get put on the rear wheels?

I used the same stuff and feel it is one of the best things that I have done to my car. You have to be able to stop, before you can go faster. Too many guys do it the other way around.

Paul: After pull them off 3 or 4 times a side. I would say 1.5 Hours per side. It took me 1.5 Days off and on. Have to baby sit my kid :D
I'm using Durostop pads and rotors.
They fill up the space very well...

Those really look nice. I trust the installation went well, and the instructions were adequate.
These C5 caliper adapters have been a good product for Electro-Dynamics.
The new Electro-Dynamics Porsche caliper/rotor adapters are for those that need an even more durable stopping power.C5 caliper adapters, Porsche caliper/rotor adapters
Only a set of stainless mirror pad covers would finish them off! :cool:

The Superior Chev web site lists the Reg C5 Caliper and the Z06 C5 Caliper.
Are the Reg C5 calipers the red ones? That's what I would want.
Did you also upgrade the rear brakes? If so what did you use?
How did you adjust the bias between the front and rear now that you have so much more stopping power in the front?
I appreciate any information you can provide.

Lead Foot: I bought the C5 braking system from someone on the Forum. I forget who. The Z06 are red. Mine are painted red (Non Z06).
I didn't do anything with the rears yet. I was thinking of GS or ZR1's for the rear. Unless other wise convinced.
Havn't driven the car hard yet. Just a few test rides. I'll let you know
