Default can anyone help identify this part
I found this under the rear compartment tray in my 1990. I've never seen this before and have no idea if it even goes to the car. any help would be great..thanks

that appears to be a heat shield for one of the interior lights.

It's a heat shield for the lights on the kick panels.

I solved the heat problem by installing LEDs.

Well, i do not own a 90, my 94's do not have metal heat shields.
Either the kick panel light shield. Or the pillar light shield. Now without asking Left OR Right side?

Looks like the hush panel light shield (the panel above your knees that covers the metal panel). It had broken off on my '96. I reattached I think with tiny bolts.
