i have them on my 94. some people had success with them, others didn't. im one of the ones that did not have success. the actual header fit pretty well into the car, but the pipes to connect from the header to the stock exhaust was all wrong. I ended up having to have a shop weld up connections. well after that the car got put away for a little bit. when I pulled it out and went to finish the car, I realized the shop didn't leave a spot for my rear 02, and they welded the pipes at an odd angle so I cant get my mufflers on in the back. long story short, I just ordered a set of ARH headers the other day that will be replacing the obx. if your short on money you can try the obx, but if you want the best header available, get the ARH
I bought and put a set of stainless ones on in 2012 when I first swapped my engine in my 85. I had a shop cut off the EGR tubes and weld them shut. I scrapped the factory exhaust because of how rusted out it was and had the same shop build an entire system back.
I pulled the engine last year to fix some pretty bad leaks and wrapped the headers while they were out, because why not? The car sits outside year round currently. After three years of winters and some rain they're still there in fine shape. This car has been a daily for spurts when it is running right, rain or shine.
I've put a few thousand miles on them collectively. The only thing is that the bolts for the headers are an absolute bear. Everything lines up. The bolt holes are so close to the primaries that getting a socket on is impossible. I found that hex socket head bolts made things a little easier.
