Im planning on changing my O2 sensors and i cant find any info on locations. I remember seeing pictures or a video about the best way to get to them but cant remember where? I pulled the codes a while ago and have been putting it off till now. Ive got a 93. I know where they are just looking for any hints on best way to get at them. Ive got the correct socket and plenty of long extentions. Thanks Dave

Just did my 94 mine has three one on each pipe before the cat and one after the cat. Go to orielys for a $20 deposit get the o2 socket set or for$25 you can buy it. Use the short one. Tighten it first to break it loose then undo. The front pass side is the hardest. you can get bosch from rock auto for about $25 each. Runs much better. I got to them from the under side good time to pull your knock sensors for a proper flush. A lot of crap hides in there. I put new one in could not bring myself to put 20 year old parts back in.plus they have the proper dope on them use the right tourqe.

I just had my O2 sensors replaced. '92 Vette with 122k miles on original sensors. Sensors were seized up and I could not get them loose. Ended up taking it to a shop where they ended up having to drop the whole exhaust and use a torch to get them out. Good luck.
remember to put some anti sieze on them when you put them back in! I changed mine 3-4 years ago and used antisieze, had to take them out the other day and they popped right out no problem

I thought my 93 had 2? I bought them from Rock( Bosch) I did knock sensors a few months ago and YES the crap came pouring out and i also put new ones in. I looked through the FSM for info and it seems to talk abou only 2. I have heard that they used 3 or more in later years?
