Default 1991 Power Mirrors not working
Power mirrors stopped working?
Both sides
Fuse Ok
Power windows work
Power locks work
Any ideas?

have you tried to rotate the selector switch, if that doesn't do it I would remove the mirror selector switch check its connections, power supply, and circuits and work from there

Since neither mirror works, you know it is a problem in the common circuits that are shared by both mirrors. That would be the controls in the center console. That's where to start.
