Sorry, no pics yet, i left my camera in my car down the street at the neighbors.
I feel like a retard, witheveryone telling me how fast the install should go...cause i'll admit it, 5 hours into this damn thing, and the stock exhaust isn't even off yet... :nonod:
I never knew the strengh of 56,000 mile driven year round 6 year bolts. I used alot of heat and got the passager converter thing off, the two lower drivers side converter bolts, but the top one is stuck. The hanger bolts are not moving, and the supports are just twisting.
I've gone through a can of WD40, almost a small tank of propane, and decided to call it a night. Tomorrow i'm taking it to a local shop to have them finish removing the stock system, i just can't do it... :(
 Sorry to hear that you've run into difficulties.
I installed my Corsas several months ago and apparently was fortunate enough to not run into any difficulties. My '94 has about the same miles but the original system came off without a hitch. Putting the new system on was almost a piece of cake. Took my time (had no assistant) but did the whole job in 2 afternoons (the first to take the old off & the 2nd to install the Corsas). You WILL love them once they're on. Best of luck.
I'll 3rd that, PB Blaster is some awsome stuff. When a friend and I did mine last year a couple of my converter bolts were froze pretty good, wouldn't come off with the impact gun, sprayed the PB on there and they came loose 5 mins later using a ratchet.
Another friend of mine just pulled the stock OEM driver side header off his 87 Grand National. The exhaust from the headers to the cat has never been removed in 15 years.
He soaked the bolts with PB Blaster and everything came out easily using hand tools.
It works, go get some.
Then if you still can't get the converter nuts off then break em off. You can use a bolt instead or get some new studs for a couple bucks.
i have an appointment at a local shop at 1pm. I'll drive her up (no annoying leaks yet, even though 1/2 the bolts are out).. and have them take the old system off. Then i'll drive home (thats going to be fun with just converters, hehe), and put the Corsa on myself. Hopefully that will go alot smoother than last night. Plus, i'm getting new bolts for the drivers side converter so that i don't have any trouble putting it back on. :yesnod:
