Sorry, but nothing exists to fulfill ALL the requirements...

Inexpensive = fitment issues, non stainless steel, cheap ceramic coatings

Expensive = stainless, minor fitment issues if any, long lasting product

OBX would be an inexpensive solution, with American racing headers in the expensive category. Exotic muscle, melrose and stainless works fit in between.

You def want 1 3/4" minimum headers.

Stainless works totally baffles me in that their only product for c4 is 1 5/8" headers.

Meanwhile, i believe they offer 1 3/4" for lt1 f bodys ?????

I agree with 9T3Vette. Inexpensive can mean problems down the road. I would recommend contacting Tunded Port Injection Specialites and see what they have. I have been running a set of their ceramic coated headers for 3 years now with no issues or discoloration what so ever. 1 3/4 inch primaries too. http://www.tpis.com/parts/view/57

Call Obama. He might be able to get you a car that is reliable, fast and cheap. Also, if you call now, and he can't do this all day, he might throw in a free set of Ginsu knives.

Hey, DT#2. I just received my TPIS LT for my 1994. My original steel bolts look pretty bad and I am looking for a set of Stainless steel replacements.. I have left a message for ARP, and I am waiting for a reply. Did you get new bolts, or just use your old ones. Local chevy dealer wants $8.95 per bolt..yikes! they are M8 x 1.25 x 45, and I can't find any. suggestions??

I used the old ones. But you could go to Fastenal and get some good ones as well. https://www.fastenal.com/home they all the grades with the thread pitch to fit them. I also would recommend some from mr gasket with the locking set up. One of my friends is running them and he swears by them. the good thing about the TPIS headers is they are fitted to be straight replacements for the manifolds and can use the old bolts.
