Update - I have tested the fuel pressure from the rail and it is within range staying at 41psi w/ the vehicle in the run position and after starting. When I rev to a constant 2k it still stays at 41, if I punch the gas it goes up to around 50 then back down to 41. I disconnected the vac line to the break booster and it would rev up to around 1k rpm - if i put my finger over the vac line 'slowly' it revs down smooth... if I plug the vac line quickly it will stall out. I apologize for being an idiot on the tests, a mechanic i'm not (obviously), i'm learning as I go. I just thought I would share the info I go on the FP and what happens with that vac line

It sounds ok since running with the hose off simulates WOT and you should be seeing WOT pressures of about 40+

I think I can rule out the fuel filter, fuel pump, and regulator, there is absolutely no gas smell in the engine bay at all, I can hear all of the injectors pulsing as it is running, and as stated, the FP is well within range and steady. I am going to 'attemp' blowing out all of the vac lines (the ones I know of at least) and see what that does - i've been driving it pretty much on a daily basis just w/ the compressor on and it actually seems to be doing much better than a week ago, I did add STP fuel injector cleaner to a full tank of 93 grade 100% gasoline on my last fill up - I don't think that made any difference, i've always heard the additives are basically a waste of money, but gave it a shot anyways. I'm going to say (for now) I have a stopped up, broken, or disconnected vac line somewhere. I will also note the car WOULD have ran great out of the shop due to the fact is was a very warm day and I immediately turned on the A/C when I picked the car up.
